As a hire, you will find yourself joining in a fast-paced environment working alongside a team of product managers, operations, engineering, and designers. This role provides an opportunity for a high-performing individual to drive change and transformational work to the insurance industry. Reporting to the head of product, the product manager leads and shapes the product strategy roadmap and deliver on key objectives assigned to the team. A great candidate should come with a mindset to build and build quickly as well as have the appetite to drive an agile development culture with the team. Responsibilities - Work with the product team to refine and execute the product strategy - Act as the voice of customer in the definition of innovative digital solutions - Influence, update and present to senior stakeholder on a regular basis - Ensure the product team is aligned to and progressing the venture KPIs - Shape the evolving product roadmap and vision with the leadership team - Support cross-functional teams to operationalize the product strategy - Set the pace and priority for the product team to drive measurable value - Champion a hypothesis-driven test-and-learn mindset across the venture - Identify opportunities to improve effectiveness through new working practices
- 8+ years’ experience building and launching digital products - Experience running product at a startup or new venture (B2B, SaaS, omni-channel sales and CRM experience a plus) - Experience leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams - Ability to influence through persuasive verbal and written communication - Experience with management of product integrations, launches, and change management for enterprise software solutions - A consistent record of rolling out digital products following Agile methodologies
