We're looking for a successful Business Development to drive growth in key existing customers: - Ensure profitability is analyzed on a monthly basis and action taken to constantly strive to improve previous results with the application of smart business acumen. - Establish strategic account clients and develop penetration methods and review the progress at weekly meetings. - Drive a high performance, high accountability culture to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Required Skills and Experience

- At least 2 years of working experience as business development/sale in B2B. - Demonstrated B2B experience, experience in working with HR & business leaders. - Graduate from top universities (Foreign Trade University, National University,...) - Strong network in tech startups. - Good English communication. - Solid people management skill, lead & negotiation skills. - Be proactive, eager to learn.
