We're looking for a successful Business Development to drive growth in key existing customers: - Ensure profitability is analyzed on a monthly basis and action taken to constantly strive to improve previous results with the application of smart business acumen. - Establish strategic account clients and develop penetration methods and review the progress at weekly meetings. - Drive a high performance, high accountability culture to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- At least 3 years of working experience in business development/sales in HR solutions like Vietnamworks, TopCV, ITviec,... - Experience in working with HR & business leaders. - Be proactive and eager to learn.
