Business Development Business Development Sales
The Enterprise Business Development Manager reports to the Enterprise Sales Director and is responsible for supporting the commercial growth of the Company through active prospecting, onboarding medium to large local enterprises and maintaining key buyer relationships. Job Interactions & Interface: - This role interacts with internal staff: Management, Vendors Account Team, Product Information Management Team, Client Services, Marketing, and Product Team. - This role reports to: Enterprise Sales Director Key Responsibilities - Supporting sales activities through visits to enterprises and identifying their needs and challenges - Onboard enterprises to sign up for the Company enterprise account - Support the growth of the Company’s sales bookings as set out by BD Director’s plan - Maintain relationships with key stakeholders with the Company’s enterprises and to help them to channel their spend into the Company by working closely with the BD Buyer Team and Vendors Account team, meeting monthly sales targets - Create and maintain account plans based off enterprise account lists - Ensure sales activities are recorded through HubSpot for alignment and tracking of progress - Ensure a continuous emphasis towards growing the the Company culture through supporting strategic projects and leading by example
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales in the MRO industry - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Strong knowledge of MRO industry trends, market challenges, and opportunities - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events
