Team and Role Introduction Being in charge of Campaign & Traffic for International Supply Chain (ISC) project Responsibilities - Develop and manage campaign/deal hunting mechanics and initiatives (including its processes, operations, and performance) - Collaborate with other departments to drive the success of ISC deal hunting workstream. Manage KAMs deal hunting operations, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of their activities - Working closely with local S&P team to capture campaign and traffic info, ensure the smooth daily operation to maximize sellers’ potential - Closely connect with company Flash Sale PIC and Local Flash Sale PIC to define Flash Sales key actions by understanding markets, competitions, and e-commerce nature - Be the owners/decision makers on traffic allocation (decide which products/subcategories will be promoted on Flash Sale and other traffic channels, …). - Manage team operation tasks and collaborate with other functions especially KAMs to plan strategy that meet business needs - Develop marketing/training/communication material for KAMs. Support KAMs on different initiatives and responsible to ad-hoc requests - Reviewing daily/weekly/monthly performance and optimizing campaign and traffic for the project
- Bachelor degree or higher - +3 years of key account or campaign/traffic management experiences - Desire to work in a team environment and foster cross-functional support and learning - Good at data analysis - Strong market orientation – an outward focus toward the customer/consumer to maximize business results - Fluency in Chinese & English
