- Develop and execute the customer success strategy and customer success plan to drive revenue retention - Manage customer success and happiness of clients by providing support and service to all clients and prospects - Deliver highly engaging customised workflow-based customer engagements/ training sessions - Handles customer onboarding based on customers needs and project scope - Communicates effectively with all stakeholders, able to translate internal processes and set customer expectatios within a moderate scope. - Answer incoming questions via email and phone calls, handle customer enquiries - Provide effective feedback to the product team to prioritise development tasks and suggest new product features - Be a strong advocate for our brand and product, interact and build a community of loyal customers - Maintain platform operations and assist to enhance platform performance - Support system functional testing of product - Address issues and escalate problem to technical team when required
- At least 2 years of experience in relevant roles - Good command of spoken and written in English - Excellent customer service skills, effective interpersonal, presentation and communication skills - Self-starter and good team player - Positive attitude, patient with people and willing to learn
