Lead strategy team from brief taking to final proposal. 2. Work with CD/ Creative lead to deliver final creative idea and development in line with strategy. 3. Re-organize internal data tracking system for insights and co-ordinate/facilitate data extracting process. 4. Validate all data mining and report implication & recommendation 5. Give direction on media and influencer relations strategy based on provided insights and data 6. Advise leadership team on business strategy Key Deliverables: 1. Wining proposals, ratio 50% for new pitch and 3 rounds of revision for retainer 2. Organize data source frame and faciliate team to fill in/ store 3. Extract data and deliver business insights for the whole team 4. Contribute to business direction of company 5. Coach team member and cross function on strategy related topics
