Job Description Are you an individual who is independent, self-motivated, and passionate about healthcare transformation? Your mission is to build and lead a strong product management organisation of product managers to peak performance in an agile and fast-paced environment, all tied together by a genuine product culture that incorporates best practice across product planning, customer discovery, product discovery, and product development. As the Head of Product you will collaborate with UI/UX team, development team, leaders of marketing and partnerships. You will also work with GM and shareholders to distill, document and evangelize femmily’s product strategy and vision. We’re looking for candidates with 8 years+ of individual contributor and leadership experience at a consumer-facing technology company with proven track record of developing successful products from ideation to launch and beyond. Responsibilities • Build, lead, coach, and mentor a team of product managers. • Define a winning strategy and roadmap by distilling input from various internal and external stakeholders • Build and maintain genuine product culture that incorporates best practice across product planning, customer discovery, product discovery, and product development. • Lead annual and quarterly planning activities and engage GM and shareholders in the development of strategic themes. • Develop annual product roadmaps to provide a balance of business needs and consumer experience priorities • Lead ideation, development, launch, and iteration of approaches to improve revenue and user experience • Ensure market and competitor analysis are factored into product strategies. • Engage and influence stakeholders through constant evangelism to build cross-functional buy-in and commitment to a shared product vision and strategy • Manage the product lifecycle process, from identifying user needs, planning the business case to creating products and services that are valuable, usable and feasible
• Bachelor Degree or above • Singapore citizenship or Singapore Permanent Resident is required • 8+ years product management experience in consumer-facing technology platforms. • 5+ years people leadership experience • Proven track record of developing successful products from ideation to launch and beyond. • Demonstrated ability to lead in a fast-paced startup environment, constructing clear strategies and roadmaps • Expert in agile, product planning, customer discovery, product discovery, and product development • Expert on modern forms of product planning, customer discovery, product discovery, product development process and execution • Experience in end-to-end product management in system and platform design is a strong plus. • Strong analytical, business, project management, and organizational skills • Exceptional influencing skills • Self-motivated, positive-thinking, team player, leader, problem-solver • Entrepreneurial and commercially minded, highly creative, and able to innovate quickly • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the willingness to present and defend your ideas to other key stakeholders, including partners and customers • Passion for developing and nurturing people
