Lazada Group is majority Responsibilities - Defining the category strategy Lazada should adopt for FA in Vietnam - Running the analysis to understand the impact of category decisions on the sales and profits and refining the strategy - Identifying assortment gaps and provide Sales team with key industry contacts - Advising Key Account Management team on top tier merchant performance and competitiveness - Driving the category pricing and marketing strategy - Interacting daily with the Regional Category Manager, category team to ensure the right implementation of the high-level strategy

Required Skills and Experience

- Strong passion and good knowledge in category-related industry in Vietnam - Key contacts within both international and local brands and retailers - Analytical skills to drive P&L and category performance analysis - Fluency in Chinese & English
