Now we’re looking for Service Sales Manager to bring your talent to Softline Philippines. You’ll be a part of our Sales Department for Total Voice Project - Total Voice Project from Microsoft: https://softline.com/total-voice What you’ll do: - In charge of handling end-customers relationships and following the contracts month by month. - Managing 7x24 managed services contracts with SLAs and doing the monthly following with the customers. - The main point of contact for customers with contracts in operation for any cause, good or bad. ITIL certification is a must. - Responsible for the monthly revenue and invoicing process.
- Senior Engineer (Telecommunications related) with 10 to 15 years of proven experience handling mid, high and huge customers. - Proven experience managing customers with managed services contracts between $200,000 USD and 10M USD. As well as contracts of 36, 48, and up to 60 months of duration. As well as experience managing not only local but regional 7x24 contracts. - Excellent interpersonal relationships and conflict management skills. - Understanding clearly all the levels of an ITIL ver3.0 operation is a must. As well as the certification. - Good English communication skills - This role will mostly focus on Leadership and Sales skills (70%) and Technical skills( 30%)
