Job Overview And Responsibility
- Study product features and technologies - Meet with product managers and Developers to determine the feature scope/implement testing plan - Review product requirements, provide estimations and test plan for new features - Develop test cases for the new features, plan and execute them, provide reports on the results - Review of test cases created by other team members, provide comments and improvements suggestions - Report bugs, do bugs verification, review bugs created by other team members - Support other team members on complex features and technical issues - Work closely with cross-functioning teams within the company (QA, Dev, Support, Sales, Product, etc.) to deliver the best product quality
Required Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in software testing - 3+ years of experience as an engineer - Experience in performing effectively & independently and mentor others in software testing. - Experience in testing mobile/web applications/ Web service… - Good knowledge in Load/Performance testing, API testing, SQL database… - Ability to fully test feature from the stage of requirements analysis to regression testing - Able to work without supervision and provide results - Strong analytical skills, creative and critical thinking ability and problem solving skill. - Ability to effectively manage time and individually prioritize multiple tasks of competing priority - Good at teamwork and communication skills.
