Job Overview And Responsibility

We are looking for a competent, motivated and ambitious Sales Account Executive to join our team. This position will be directly employed by our Singapore HQ. You’ll be directly responsible for the maintenance and expansion of our customer base. - Create detailed sales business plans - Set and manage sales goals and quotas - Manage the entire sales cycle - Assist in finding prospects and leads - Identify new sales opportunities - Build strong client relationships - Identify opportunities to up-see and cross-sell - Learn new product and services features and benefits - Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns - Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence - Provide creative ideas and content for the website and social media platforms

Required Skills and Experience

Most importantly, we need the candidate to be someone who is hungry and driven to build this company together with us. Our product LSS is one of the fastest growing social media aggregator applications in the world, and we have a few other game-changing applications in the pipeline, and as shared before our aim is to expand as quickly and as successfully as possible to dominate SEA market this year, for the start. Hence we also need the candidate to be an independent worker who can proactively identify and present solutions to areas that can be improved rather than waiting for the tasks to be given. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience - 1-3 years of experience selling and/or marketing software/infrastructure/platform as a service preferred - Ability to speak and write fluently in English and Vietnamese fluently in order to communicate with local users, partners and internal teams - Ability to work well in a fast-paced, start-up environment - Experience communicating new, unconventional technical features and concepts of the products in a consultative and conversational way - Passionate about tech, social media and how customers can get value out of it - Ability to work closely and build influential relationships with cross-functional teams including BD, PR, R&D, Product, Legal, etc and deliver results in such cross-functional/matrixed environment
