Sales
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence - Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals monthly and in wedding seasons, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance. - Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs - Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team - Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status - Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics - Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics - Work with internal departments such as the Marketing or Product teams to engage audiences and clients more deeply - Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, including minimum 4 years of B2C Sales experience - Experience in leading and managing a Sales team from 20 members - Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills - BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field - Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets - Fluent English communication - Strong business sense and industry expertise (especially weddings industry) - Self-sufficient & creative problem solver. - Driven, self-motivated, can-do attitude, brings optimism and positive energy to the team.
