Sales Sales Sales Management Sales Manager
- Manage and coach the inbound sales team - Set and track sales targets for your team - Seeking new oversea travel agents - Maintaining the existing and building new business opportunities - Suggest and implement improvements in the sales process - Review existing products and build the new ones - Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements - Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts - Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new products - Liaise with Marketing and Product teams to ensure brand consistency and increase sales - Resolving any issues on the clients' site and cooperating with other respective departments - Ensuring a high-performing customer service
- At least three years of experience in a relevant position - Fluent in English (both written and speaking skills) - Good communication and interpersonal skills
