WHAT IS DIBEE ? o Connexion Vietnam was established in 2018 in Vietnam to develop digital payment services for corporate fleets. o With Dibee brand, the company offers a unique solution that include e-payment services and data management for fleet owners (fuel cards, toll or maintenance solutions). CONTEXT o Dibee is now used by over 200 companies with 100% retention rate. (DHL, DB Schenker, AVIS, INSEE Vietnam Post, Transimex.....) and agreement with 1000 Gas Stations. (PV OIL, Petrolimex, SFC, STS...). o Dibee solution facilitate the transactions/payment between corporate and gas stations. o Dibee contributes to the digital transformation in an ecosystem that critically need to improve in efficiency (logistics, transport and fuel retail) o Dibee plan to expand it market penetration by offering new services to fleet owners including a mobile app for drivers. l The key objective of the sales manager is to accelerate of new sales and to develop the sales strategy and team to address different market segments. l The role is highly BtoB sales and will require lot of attention to customer feedback in order to enhance the service offer. RESPONSIBILITY o Overall ownership of driving revenue within South Vietnam o Contribute and execute company sales strategies o Develop and maintain relationship with key business partners (petrol companies, gas station owners, logistics professionals, industry associations, fleet services suppliers...) o Develop and maintain healthy pipeline of medium to large prospect clients o Actively organize sales calls and present to clients and partners o Understand client requirement and liaise with IT & operation teams to develop best solution o Prepare and present business proposal. o Ensure excellent deployment of business solution to clients o Track and report sales activity and performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as required by management. o Support other departments and management to help them achieve their objectives as they relate to the sales group o Prepare yearly and monthly sales budget reports Key Results o Reaching revenue targets o Maintaining a high level of monthly New Business o Sales team achieving sales objectives o Monitoring operating costs
