Job Overview And Responsibility

- Planning and designing monthly/quarterly/annual business plans and executing them following each program or at the Board's direction; - Implement the business plan following the strategic vision and direction of the firm; - Adhering to the monthly business plan and guaranteeing the achievement of company objectives (KPI); - Provide the organization with essential business development experience; - Research, appraise, and analyze business industry trends, assist in the development of CGI services to suit market requirements, and find new market prospects; - Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to encourage the creation of sales and marketing papers and associated documents to enhance the marketing and services of the firm; study customers and rivals; - Proactively engage clients based on the target customer list of the company; - Establishing and maintaining rapport with partners (real estate investors, marketing departments, etc.); - Coordinate with Account to provide information and create business partner presentations; - Report findings to superiors on a monthly and immediate basis; - Comply with the company's basic rules; - Adhere strictly to the company's working procedure; - Carry out additional duties as given by the company's director;

Required Skills and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, finance, or a related field - At least two years of experience in comparable jobs in the fields of investing and architecture. - Position centered on customer acquisition and coordination with operational divisions - Effective communication and presentation abilities for interacting with partners and clients; - Capabilities in negotiation and persuasion; - Capabilities in business planning and strategy formulation; - Capability to organize and coordinate activities; - Excellent ability to operate individually and in a team; under intense work pressure; - Relationship-building competencies - A strong feeling of duty and advancement; - The ability to travel on business when necessary; - Fluency in the English language.
