The mobile & web advertising ecosystem is an always-changing, rapidly growing world. At ELSA, you'll play a key part in our next big leap in cross-channel audience growth. We are looking for a dynamic contributor who will join our Performance & User Acquisition team. This is a unique opportunity to drive growth of mobile & cross-platform consumers, working on projects that immediately reach millions of people every day. What you will do: - Lead significant performance marketing budgets across multiple channels to maximize growth and performance, and help fuel organic growth - Strategize, execute and continually optimize campaigns on every critical platform, including: Facebook, Instagram, Google, Tik Tok, ASA & more! - Locate, negotiate and develop creative and innovative solutions for acquisition - Grow and manage marketing partnerships for UA paid efforts across the globe - Direct and execute A/B & multivariate testing and present results to related teams - Contribute winning ad creative ideas and run creative testing, working closely with Brand & Creative teams to execute on breakthrough creative strategies to attract new audiences and drive Trials - Work cross-functionally with product, ads, data, and creative teams to grow the portfolio and business through full-view lifecycle marketing - Direct global UA, Paid SEO, ASO & Keywords strategy & planning, helping drive growth in top & emerging markets

Required Skills and Experience

- 7+ years of experience in media buying / user acquisition / performance marketing - A hunger to be at the forefront of the mobile & cross-platform advertising space and the mobile app market - Creative problem solving acumen, as well as analytical rigor to verify or invalidate assumptions - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Strong proficiency with Excel required, SQL is a plus - Proven ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams - Strong understanding of funnel conversion metrics, retention rates, CPT and LTV predictions preferred - Prefer candidates with direct previous experience in mobile user acquisition.
