Step 1

Find jobs to refer to. Visit our job board to view all currently active jobs. Every job has a reward allocated to it - this is what you earn when a candidate you referred is hired. Sign up on Recruitery platform if you don’t have an account:

Select the job post you'd like to refer candidates, then click on the “Refer candidates” button

Step 3

Track your candidate… and get paid! You can track the status of each of your referred candidates through your dashboard. When your candidate is hired, you will get the position’s reward through bank transfer.

How to refer candidates

Step 1: Sign up on Recruitery platform

Please go to this link to register an account https://app.recruitery.co/registration/headhunt
After filling in all the information, press the “Sign up” button.
Next, you open your inbox and find the latest email from Recruitery. Click on the link to activate. All done, now you can start referring!

Step 2: Log in and view jobs

You go to this link to log in: https://app.recruitery.co/login. After successfully logging in, you would see a list of active jobs.
Every job has a reward allocated to it - this is what you earn when a candidate you referred is hired. As well as how many candidates have been referred for that position.
To see more details about the job, you can click on the title of the job.

Step 3: Refer candidates

Select the job post you'd like to refer candidates, then click on the “Refer candidates” button.
Then, you need to fill in a submission form including the candidate's contact information, CV and recommendation (why the candidate is suitable for the position). After that, click the “Add” and “Send” button to send the candidate.
Your referred candidate receives an email that tells them about the referral and requires their verification of acceptance and all they need to do is clicking “Accept” button. Therefore, please remind candidates to check their inbox and accept the referral.
Yay, now you have referred a candidate!
You can track the status of each of your referred candidates through your dashboard. When your candidate is hired, you will get the position’s reward through bank transfer.

Your personal information will remain strictly confidential.

There is no limit on how many referrals you can make. If you feel that several people are qualified for a posted job, you can refer all of them and will be rewarded for each hired candidate.

When you refer a candidate, they will receive an email that tells them about the referral and requires their verification of acceptance. They are eligible to select just one and only referrer who will be rewarded on successful hire.

Once the candidate click “Accept” the referral, other referrers will not be able to submit that candidate. When they try to do that, the system will notify that this candidate was referred by another referrer.

Candidates are identified as duplicates only when the candidates apply for or agree to be referred to the employer’s hiring position before Recruitery sends candidate profiles to Client and in the preceding 12 months. When reporting candidate duplicates, the employer needs to provide the source and the time of having candidates in their database to Recruitery, along with the image.

In case both the employer and Recruitery cannot provide evidence, it will be based on the candidate's verification.

All information between the Employer and the Referrer should take place on Recruitery platform. Each side needs to update the recruitment status on the system which will send email notifications to the other one. In addition, the referrer needs to follow up closely with the candidate throughout the hiring process.

In addition to receiving updates on the system from the Employer, it is necessary that the Referrer keeps in touch with the candidate to track the current status. If the Referrer detects any inappropriate actions, please send a notice to Recruitery for investigation and verification.

Based on the information provided by the Referrer and the Company, Recruitery will verify the information. If the candidate is rejected and then re-hired within 12 months, Recruitery will claim the bonus from the Company to reward the Referrer.

When you refer a candidate successfully (that means, the candidate accepts to work for the Company), you will receive the referral bonus in 3 stages:

  • 25% Referral Bonus will be paid after the Candidate finishes first 15 days.
  • 25% Referral Bonus will be paid after the Candidate finishes first 15 days.
  • 50% Referral bonus after the Company signs an official contract with the candidate.

Recruitery will compile your income statement and pay it on the 5th and 20th of every month. The payment amount will be the sum of your successful transactions from the reporting date back to the previous "summary date". The actual amount received will be deducted 10% of the PIT (Personal Income Tax).

All job listings on Recruitery are strictly moderated. The jobs listed on Recruitery should have full information of the Company, jobrequirements, candidate characteristics and suitable personality for the job.

For jobs that require information security, only those who are invited can view the full recruitment information.
