Job Overview And Responsibility

- Prepare 2D arrangement, structural and detailed drawings, Production model and Information and Bill of Material for Approval, Working and As-Built. - 3D modelling of structure, outfitting, space management by using Aveva marine. - Prepare detailed production engineering drawings to support production - Prepare Material Take Off - Prepare detailed room arrangement both in 3D and 2D. - Assist in design calculations. - Assist in the preparation of Major Equipment List. - Assist in the preparation of equipment specifications. - To ensure timely completion of design/drawings according to planned schedules and meeting the quality standards required. - To ensure the quality control in the design/drawing process. - To ensure that all documents are issued, updated, or filed according to the design procedure. - Assist Engineers in solving technical problems onsite if needed. - Participate in tests and trials, where required. - Keep abreast with current technological developments and products. - Keep abreast with Classifications Rules, military, and industrial standards relevant to design activities.

Required Skills and Experience

- At least Diploma in Marine/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. - At least 1-2 years’ experience in engineering detailed design in Marine/Offshore/Oil & Gas industry. - Good knowledge of international design codes, Classification/Statutory Rules, and Regulations. - Proficient in AutoCAD, AVEVA Marine and Rhino 3D software - Hull outfitting/ Accommodation outfitting Design knowledge - Fluent in English
