The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest safety standards in our automotive products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth safety analyses to identify and mitigate potential risks. - Communicate effectively with customers to understand and derive specific safety requirements. - Lead the Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment (HARA) process to evaluate potential hazards and associated risks. - Develop and maintain the safety case documentation to support safety claims. - Conduct confirmation reviews, safety audits, and assessments to verify compliance with safety standards. - Derive software safety requirements and oversee their successful implementation. - Verify and validate software safety requirements to ensure their effectiveness. - Promote and cultivate a safety-oriented culture within the organization.
