Job Overview And Responsibility

As a Procurement Manager at Eezee Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for managing the procurement activities within the Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) industry. Your primary objective is to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for our clients. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and vendors to streamline the procurement process, negotiate favourable terms, and maintain a robust supply chain. This role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of the MRO industry. Job Interactions & Interface: This role interacts with internal and external stakeholders: Enterprise BD Team, Customer Success, Tech, Product, • Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies specific to the MRO industry, aligned with the company's overall objectives. • Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing for marketplace request & tenders, evaluation, negotiation, and contracting of materials, equipment, and services required for our clients. • Identify and onboard reliable suppliers and vendors, ensuring their compliance with quality, cost, and delivery requirements. • Conduct regular market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and supplier capabilities, to optimize procurement decisions. • Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, contracts, and pricing agreements to achieve cost savings while ensuring high-quality standards. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as operations, finance, and logistics, to align procurement activities with business needs and ensure seamless operations. • Evaluate and monitor supplier performance regularly, addressing any issues or non-compliance promptly, and implementing corrective measures as necessary. • Utilize internal tools and reports to streamline processes, track orders, manage contracts, and generate reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or a similar role within the MRO industry. • Strong knowledge of MRO products, equipment, and services, as well as industry-specific procurement practices and regulations. • Proficient in procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and supplier management.
