Job Description: - Responsible for planning and designing trips that bring the best experience to the tourists. - Consulting and convincing customers to use the service. - Work with providers such as transportation, meals, entertainment, etc. to negotiate methods, quality and good prices. - Adjust and assign responsibilities to the tour guide in charge of the trip. - Coordinate with tour guides and other departments to make adjustments or handle situations that arise during the trip - Together with the tour guide, control the schedule and take responsibility for solving problems that arise during the trip. - Survey competitor companies to come up with suitable programs to attract customers. - Prepare a report to state the advantages and disadvantages of tour operators in implementing tourism activities. - Make weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to present to superiors to inform the company's tourism activities - Propose solutions to address shortcomings to increase operational efficiency and satisfy customers. - Some other jobs are appointed by superiors
