Homebase is seeking a skilled and dedicated Data Engineer to be a driving force behind our data infrastructure and analytics. As a Data Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in transforming data into valuable information for informed decision-making. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Backend Engineering, and Marketing to understand data requirements and objectives. - Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes for extracting, transforming, and loading data from diverse sources into our data warehouses and systems. - Optimize data structures and storage for efficient data retrieval and analytics, ensuring data quality and reliability. - Implement data security and privacy best practices, ensuring compliance with relevant data protection regulations. - Explore and implement new technologies and frameworks to enhance data processing and analysis capabilities.
Keahlian dan pengalaman yang dibutuhkan
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field with a strong academic record. - A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Data Engineer, with expertise in data integration, ETL processes, and database management. - Proficiency in Python, Airflow, PostGreSQL, Clickhouse. - Background working for in-house tech team
