The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the development of cutting-edge EV components. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development of powertrain systems with a focus on EV components like DCDC, OBC. - Utilize MATLAB based system engineering techniques for optimal system design and performance. - Develop, validate, and maintain models using MATLAB, Simulink, Stateflow, and MBD tool chain. - Manage requirement specifications, ensuring they align with project goals and customer expectations. - Utilize EA or other architecture tools for system design and development. - Provide leadership and guidance to a team of SW/Sys Engineers, ensuring projects are executed efficiently. - Foster effective communication with both the internal team and external customers to ensure project success. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward and meet deliverables.
