Pocket FM has grown to 80 million listeners community, spending an average of over 150 minutes every day, while the total streaming on the app counts to over 4 billion minutes monthly. We are looking for a Growth Manager to own and accelerate our efforts towards efficiently acquiring and retaining users for our overseas business. The objective is to figure out organic acquisition channels plus levers to retain and convert them into engaged users. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, content, product and growth marketing. The ideal candidate is user obsessed, data-driven, and has a strong technical, marketing, analytical, and business background with a focus on delivering high impact and sustainable growth. The role involves extensive problem solving via rigorous experimentation on and off the platform. Key responsibilities: - Build a thorough understanding of the conversion funnel, identify key marketing and content levers, constantly test and experiment to improve funnel metrics - Research, discover and build new channels for organic growth - Manage and execute with team of writers, editors, production artists - Build playbooks for channel growth and funnel optimization - Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to figure out new ways to acquire users organically - Own tangible growth goals; track, analyze and report on progress towards goals - Build very strong content engines with team of writers, editors, production artists, sound engineers, etc. to ensure channel’s growth.
