1. Business Development: - Seeking potential customers include Oversea Agent, Oversea & Domestic Customers for both import and export shipment. - Build and maintain relationships with shipping lines, coloaders and other vendors. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about market trends and opportunities. 2. Training and developing OVS team: - Training for employees in Logistics knowledge, sales OVS technique and others skills. - Manage and take full responsibility for the personnel of the OVS team: build internal processes, KPI targets, assign tasks, supervise & support. 3. Coordination: coordinate with other departments to respond to inquiries, and requests or solve the issue (if any) from customers, and agents in time. 4. Sales Reporting and Analysis: - Keep track of sales performance, prepare regular reports - Report directly to Sales Manager and CEO 5. Other tasks assigned by Manager.
- Bachelor’s/College’s degree in Logistics, Import – Export, International Business, Foreign Trade or a related field - At least 2 years of working experience in Sales Overseas Leader. - Strong negotiation and presentation abilities. - Good command in four skills of English
