- Manage, plan, design and execute policies/strategy/methods for the PIH Industrial Engineering section to ensure that section's operations are completed on time, within budget and as per the set goals. - Lead and implement project related to production line expanding/modifying and maintenance of machine, related equipment...etc - Lead & improve mold & press machine operation capacity, machine safety performance & productivity - Lead and develop strong PIH IE Team: evaluation, training, talent development, motivation & other job assigned by Senior
Keahlian dan pengalaman yang dibutuhkan
- Have 5 years’ experience in Industrial Engineering (especially maintaining and repairing procedure for machines) - Well understand in mold, press machine (repair & maintenance) - Graduated from University - Fluent in English - Strong people management & leadership skill. - Long term and short-term vision - Project management experience - Logical thinking, analytical & problem-solving skills, Be innovative, have sunao mind, interpersonal skill, Talent development mind
