As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you'll be an integral part of our creative team, responsible for crafting visually stunning and user-centric experiences that drive engagement and create lasting impact Main Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather business and customer requirements, translating them into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. - Design and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using industry-leading tools such as Figma, ensuring seamless user flows and interaction designs. - Develop and maintain design systems, pattern libraries, and UI guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency across all digital platforms. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions, identifying opportunities for enhancements and optimizations. - Create high-fidelity UI designs that align with brand identity, incorporating innovative solutions to complex design challenges. - Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, infusing new ideas into design processes and strategies.
