1. Responsible for user growth of a dating product, including overall planning and strategizing for annual user growth goals. Break down and establish executable objectives focused on DAU (Daily Active Users). 2. Proficient in the underlying logic and methodologies of user growth. Implement refined user operation strategies, customize various user incentive programs, ensure the timeliness and effectiveness of operational strategies, and improve user satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Develop user profiles through user research, industry benchmarking, data analysis, etc. Gain deep insights into user needs, construct and monitor platform user funnel metrics, analyze user behavior, and understand the driving factors behind conversions. 4. Drive growth through data analysis, construct an efficient user conversion funnel, and optimize specific nodes in the funnel to enhance conversion rates. 5. Establish applicable growth models and activity configurations. Take responsibility for activity results and improve the app's market penetration. 6. Coordinate traffic acquisition and distribution both within and outside the platform. Collaborate across teams, provide operational strategies, and work towards shared goals. 7. Oversee user growth, establish and cultivate a multinational business team. The first market will be Vietnam, and then we expand to other Southeast Asian, Eastern European, Latin American markets.
1. Heavy user of dating products. 2. Over 3 years of experience in user growth operations for social networks and dating apps in the Internet industry. Proficient in user growth models with successful practical experience. 3. Sharp user insights, strong data analysis abilities, logical rigor, and skilled at utilizing data analysis to explore business growth points. 4. A proven ability to execute creative marketing campaigns on both online and offline channels, especially in entertainment industry. 5. Strong abilities in resource integration, cross-team collaboration, project management, and communication. 6. Entrepreneurial mindset, strong sense of goals, self-motivation, strong execution, and results-oriented; flexible work schedule. 7. Relevant experience in Southeast Asian markets. 8. Understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, Web3 culture.
