Backend Java Spring
We’re looking for Backend Java Engineers to grow with our development squads building a virtual bank from scratch using cloud native technologies. We’re a fast-growing team solving exciting problems and delivering high quality products in small, interdisciplinary teams using Agile as our core methodology. We’re applying the learnings from Google, Twitter and Netflix to build the next generation of banking.
1. Your skills and experience 1.1. At least 4 years experience in back-end development. 1.2. Writing high quality, maintainable code using TDD and DDD. 1.3. Specialization in Java and Spring Framework, Springboot and other dependencies 1.4. Preferably fluent with Java, and/or Kotlin, Scala, but polyglots welcome. 1.5. Strong messaging systems knowledge, preferably Kafka, alternatively Solace/RabbitMQ/AWS Kinesis. 1.6. Practical knowledge in developing RESTful APIs and event-driven microservices using Kafka. 1.7. Hands-on usage of Kubernetes and Docker to schedule and run microservices. 1.8. Practical knowledge with Git flow, Trunk, and GitHub flow branching strategies. 1.9. Familiar with DevOps toolchain experience: GitHub, CircleCI, Artifactory, SonarQube, et al. 1.10. Familiar with data lake concepts and machine learning technologies 1.11. Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB, Cassandra 1.12. Practically leverage our elastic AWS infrastructure 2. Must have: 2.1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent industry experience. 2.2. Excellent command of English and good communication in Vietnamese when working with cross-functional teams. 2.3. Have financial technology working experience s (advantages of the previous working in the digital bank, payment gateway, lending/risk management, payment, eKYC, liveness, fraud, AML) 2.4. Have proficient and practical knowledge in core Java, and practical experiences with Spring framework, Spring boot, and dependencies 2.5. Have practical, structural mindset and be a quick learner able to adapt to the changes from a fast-growing organization 2.6. Practical knowledge of agile software development methodologies 2.7. Quick learner with an ambitious and results-driven personality. 2.8. Work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 3. For the Technical Lead position: 3.1. Proficient in distributed and large scalable system design, and familiar with messaging middleware (Kafka), and the underlying design principles 3.2. Proficient in Spring cloud and microservice architectural design 3.3. Experience with building microservices 3.4. Experience with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code
