Working on large-scale online marketplace platforms in Switzerland with over 10 mil users per month, your main job is working on analyzing and improving the business performance of the platform. ● Guide the online marketplaces of the Scout24 Switzerland Group - especially Anibis.ch - on all our channels (web & native apps) around the topic of digital analytics ● In charge of the Google Marketing Platform (Google Analytics 360, Google Tag Manager 360, Google Data Studio 360) ● Support our product teams to make data-informed decisions for new products, product improvements & feature development ● Create analytics, reports and dashboards on user behavior on our platforms to generate valuable insights ● Use those insights to support product teams in identifying potentials to proactively drive products forward with user-centric development ● Define appropriate success metrics/KPIs and measure them for performance in close coordination with our product teams ● Own the tag management data layer & analytics data model, ensuring high, reliable data quality ● Conduct hands-on workshops and trainings to continuously improve analytics awareness and know-how at Anibis.ch ● Contribute significantly to a digital analytics "center of excellence", while at the same time automating where it makes sense
● At least 2.5 years in a similar role ● Fluent English communication (both written and spoken) – TOEIC 750+ or equivalent ● Several years of experience in web analytics, ideally in an e-commerce or transactional environment ● Technical minded with an interest in data science, analytics & analysis ● Solid experience with web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics), tag manager (e.g. Google Tag Manager or Tealium) and data visualization tool (e.g. Google Data Studio or Tableau) ● First experiences with native app tracking (e.g. via Google Firebase) & testing tools (e.g. Optimizely or Google Optimize) ● Excellent communication & collaboration skills, can coordinate & enjoys the work with various stakeholders on site as well as in Switzerland to achieve objectives ● High level of self-motivation & team spirit comes natural to you ● Independent, structured & goal-oriented in your approach to work, as well as business & solution-oriented with excellent organizational skills ● Able to identify what's important in a wealth of data & stay on top of things in a fast-paced, complex business environment ● Proficiency with Google Spreadsheets ● Experience with Google Cloud (e.g. Cloud Platform, App Scripts, BigQuery) ● Growth mindset with strong desire to learn & "can do" mentality ● Experience in agile ways of working or agile product development ● Fluency in data query & processing with SQL and/or Python is a plus
