Digital Marketing Marketing Management
The Digital Marketing Manager position is key to the success of our brand and marketing go-to-market strategy for the US market. You will be in charge of coordinating all the marketing activities with our cross-functional team, which includes copywriters, SEO specialists, brand designers, web developers with the objective to meet our Product and Growth marketing timeline and milestones. Your strong writing skill, project management skill, ability to mockup, plan, and execute ideas, and a deep understanding of the US/EU market will be your main tools to be successful in this position! We are also having a plan to test out a fitness concept for the Vietnam market - that you would be able to get involved - Manage Marketing editorial social media calendar to make sure posts are going out at the right time with the right visuals and copywriting on the right platforms. - Coordinate with our SEO specialist, designers, and content writers to publish and promote weekly content on Everfit Blog to increase readership and SEO. - Work with the SEO specialist to come up and execute strategies to increase Website ranking and SEO for certain keywords (backlinks, listings on software marketplaces, articles collaboration, Quora, video content creation…) - Prepare bi-monthly newsletters, blogs, and social posts for product updates, promotions, and viral campaigns - Support growth team with messaging for different personas and marketing programs, from reporting of our lead-to-cash efforts, working closely with sales enabling pipeline creation to help marketing campaigns go live. - Experiment, develop and scale new channels to drive acquisition - Work with Media to promote Everfit’s brand and Founders’ images in Vietnam - Help with recruiting talents and building the team. - Help founders build a marketing team in Saigon
- Have excellent verbal and written English skills. This will be your main asset to be successful in this role. - Have a good eye for design and aesthetic of US/EU marketing trends. and/or have experiences working with products serving the US/EU market - Have >5 years of experience working in product companies, startups, or agencies serving the US/EU market - Have a solid understanding of how SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook ads and Social Media marketing works. Be able to create a marketing plan with timelines, budget, and execution - Be able to create low to high fidelity mockups and communicate design concepts effectively with the team to quickly execute and launch to the market. - Understand data and how to draw insights and recommendations from marketing campaigns and value hypothesis. - Have experience with A/B testing for website, emails, landing pages, ads (Facebook, Google optimize, Hubspot, Google ads...) - Experiment, develop and scale new channels on social media, paid ads, affiliate marketing to drive acquisition - Be able to manage a marketing cross-functional team of content writers, designer, SEO specialist, videographer, video editor - Exceptionally organized with high attention to detail and a desire to develop processes, strategies, and playbooks from the ground up - Have demonstrated experience in solving problems with data; ability to identify opportunities and insights - A strong work ethic, willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done; an entrepreneurial mindset - someone who is hungry, determined, and able to drive real results
