Job Overview And Responsibility

Recruitery is is a fast-growing HR tech startup and SouthEast Asia leading referral recruitment platform for companies that are proactive about approaching the best talent. Over 700 companies use Recruitery to assist their talent acquisition efforts. Over 4,000 professional recruiters/headhunters have registered on Recruitery. As a Senior Consultant, you will be utilizing your extensive experience, taking Recruitery's clients to another level. Through the marriage of industry and technical expertise, creative use of our state-of-the-art technologies, and proven processes, you will continue to provide clients with an invigorated, impressive recruitment service and that embodies our values and helping clients archive recruiting KPI. Your role requires delivery, as such you'll be: • Working with Recruitery's users (recruiter/ headhunter) to help client sourcing talent, you will continue to advise/partnership with users to find the ideal candidates for our clients whilst (like VNG, Lazada, KMS,...) • Using your experience and expertise to help freelance headhunters on Recruitery to conduct tailored and detailed searches on a number of different platforms • You already have a great understanding of the technical lexicon, as a Senior Consultant and expert you will be honing your adept understanding of technical terminology relevant to your vertical market, that will resonate with your network • Expand on your already extensive network, continuing to build partnerships and relationships at all levels of headhunters • Ensuring a constant pipeline/pool of potential talent to fulfill future requirements for existing and potential clients • Organizing and hosting multiple external networking events that attract recruiter/headhunter, technology leaders, and other bright minds to our community • Taking new users under your wing to train and develop, whilst ensuring their spirits are high and you are on hand to nurture them if necessary * Recruitery do NOT direct hunting talent for employers

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience with recruitment/ talent acquisition at mid-level+, Not mass • Solid experience working with freelance headhunters/ headhunting agencies • Experience working at fast-growing tech startup companies • Want to work long-term with Recruitery • Experience handling big hiring KPI (300+ headcounts/year) • Thorough and deep understanding of your specialist vertical • Business development capability with evidence of winning new clients that have generated extensive revenue • Successful account management and development experience which has enabled enhanced service delivery • Strong level of understanding around technical jargon gained from recruiting technical professionals • Immersed knowledge of the other areas of the Group’s businesses, showing the capability of introducing our other services to new and existing clients • Proven ability to inspire your team to be driven, desired and delivering • Below 1985 • Only Vietnamese

Cho em hỏi 1 số thông tin: Recruitery hiện tại có bao nhiêu nhân sự? Vị trí này sẽ làm việc độc lập hay quản lý team và nếu có thì quản lý bao nhiêu người?

Recruitery hiện có 6 người ký hợp đồng chính thức và fulltime. Ngoài ra, phần lớn là các bạn CTV (cộng đồng headhunter 2000 người), các dự án part-time, outsourcing. Ứng viên của vị trí này có thể yêu cầu tuyển thành viên để chạy theo team, hiện tại đây là một vị trí tuyển mới nên chưa có số lượng người.
