Developer Software Engineering Leadership Skills Agile Development
- Responsible for the software engineering development and operation that deliver products and services, in partnership with Head of Product and group wide platform engineering leaders. - Responsible for establishing and nurturing a high performing engineering organization. - Contribute engineering aspect in the organization strategic planning. - Coach engineering leaders to be effective people managers. - Support key individual contributors to grow in their specific expertise domain.
- 10+ years experience as a software engineer plus 5+ years experience in an engineering leadership or people management role. - Not open for expat, prefer 8x - Having experience in e-commerce industry - Handson experience working on high scale, consumer facing internet applications utilizing substantial number of open source technologies. - Handson experience as delivery manager for more than one large scale projects having multiple dependencies across teams. - Handson experience and strong fundamental knowledge on pattern and best practices in application and system architecture of consumer facing internet applications. - Track record of successful management of Agile software development and delivery, directing multiple agile teams and engineering work streams that involve multiple business stakeholders. - Experience in leading and growing a high performing engineering organization, coach and mentor senior engineering managers as well as senior expert individual contributors. - Track record of identifying, attracting, retaining, and growing high performing talent.
