- Plan all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. - Lead and Manage a team of 5-10 to achieve all marketing goals. - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing activities and campaigns. - Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests. - Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. - Align with company strategy or direction and translate into digital marketing programs. - Develop compelling proposal on digital technology investment that creates long-term, sustainable and increases competitive advantage. - Responsible on team human capital development (resource hiring, talent development). - Be the main driver to enable scalable operation, innovations, technical leadership in digital marketing & marketing technology. - Drive alignment of program execution within the other marketing team.
- Proficiency in English communication. - Passion in data-driven marketing - Proven working experience in digital marketing, strong experience in digital / performance marketing. - Led a team of at least 3 headcounts. - Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate - Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels - Solid knowledge of marketing & analytic tools - Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. - Working history: staying with previous companies at least 2 years for each.
