Job Overview and Responsibility

As a Marketing & Sales Manager, your role is to support the Managing Director in defining and implementing the Marketing & Sales Strategy. Your main objectives are to ensure the sales performance of the network of franchises and to manage the brand content and main marketing campaigns and tools. Main missions 1. Sales - Manage the network of O-We franchisees in terms of business performance - Define sales targets for each franchisee and ensure they have all tools to reach them - Manage, execute and monitor the sales activation plan for each franchisee: + Planning & animation of a sales team on the field + Recruit new customers on the field (small-scale retailers, businesses, hotels, landlords) + Manage point of sales material and giveaways for engaging customers (tracking) + Follow a dashboard of sales activation (targets, KPIs…) - Define a Key Account Strategy to target large B2B potential customers (wholesalers, factories…) - Ensure coordination of sales plan with franchisees and monitor their performance overtime - Recruit & train new members in the sales team, to boost penetration at kiosk level - Create & animate a manual of best practices for sales & marketing activation at kiosk level 2. Marketing - Analyze competition and market trends + develop and implement the brand strategy - Reinforce the O-We Unique Selling Point and build on the “O-We visible quality” - Propose a O-We 2020 marketing plan & marketing mix: objectives, actions, budget, planning… - Define a marketing pull strategy with more proximity to final consumers e.g. with more content - Review, reinforce and implement below-the-line marketing campaigns, with concrete actionable marketing tools to be used on the field to engage consumers (at kiosk level, door-to-door…) - Define, manage and monitor the company promotion campaigns 3. Stakeholders and Key Opinion Leaders - Identify and engage with potential local brand ambassadors (KOLs, health centers, unions…) - Develop marketing content and innovative tools around the O-We brand to nurture the brand strategy (issue of water quality, context in South Vietnam, why safe drinking water matters…) - Organize events and awareness workshops to communicate on safe drinking water and O-We - Identify new potential distribution channels for the O-We brand e.g. through partnerships with relevant

Required Skills and Experience

- Professional with 5-years’ experience, Expected to work highly autonomously - University degree in business, sales, marketing or advertising - Previous experience managing sales or operational teams as a team leader in bank, retail or FMCG - Vietnam native. Strong knowledge of English – able to confidently translate from Vietnamese to English - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint and Excel) - Data and target driven mindset, a general understanding of business, sales and marketing - Start-up spirit. Interested/passionate about social causes - Willing to learn and curious. Strong drive, proactivity and autonomy - Good listener

The mission of O-We Water is to raise the drinking water market quality standards for low and middleincome households in Vietnam through a 100% self-financed social business. O-We Water Vietnam is a franchise network of safe drinking water producers. O-We provides technology, standards, services, advise and skills to existing small-scale entrepreneurs.
